What services do you offer at Cozy Bubbles?

At Cozy Bubbles, we offer a range of grooming services including baths, hair trims, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and full grooming packages for all dog breeds. Our focus is on providing personalized, gentle care in a calm, cozy environment.

How do I book an appointment?

You can easily book an appointment through our online booking system, you can text or give us a call to schedule a time that works for you. 

Do I need to make an appointment in advance?

Yes, we recommend scheduling in advance to ensure you get the time slot that works best for you. We’re often booked a few days ahead, especially on weekends.

How long does grooming take?

At Cozy Bubbles, we focus on gentle, one-on-one care, so each pup is groomed individually—never assembly-line style. Because every dog is unique, grooming times can vary based on coat type, size, condition, and the services requested.

Typical Grooming Times:

  • Short-Hair: 1–3 hours
  • Small / Medium Long-Hair: 2–4 hours
  • Medium / Large Long-Hair: 3–5 hours


Note: These are estimates. Pups who are anxious, have thick or matted coats, or need extra care may take longer to ensure a calm, stress-free experience. We always prioritize your dog’s comfort and safety over speed.

We offer a Priority Session fee up to $50 if you’d like us to prioritize your pup and get them groomed sooner or by a specific time. The price may vary on coat condition, breed, etc.

Is it safe for my dog?

Absolutely! We take a gentle, one-on-one approach with every dog to ensure they’re comfortable and relaxed. We are trained to handle all dogs with care, and we always prioritize their well-being.

Do you muzzle dogs?

Muzzling a dog during grooming is often considered a bad idea because it can significantly increase stress, fear, and panic, making the experience traumatic rather than safe. Forcing a muzzle on an untrained dog often causes them to fight the restraint, creating a higher risk of injury to themselves or the groomer. 

Can I stay with my dog during the grooming?

We understand you may want to stay with your dog for comfort, but we find that dogs are often more relaxed when owners are not present. You can check in on your dog, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the grooming.

Do you offer Consultations prior a dog grooming appointment?

Yes! This one-on-one virtual consultation with Nica (Head Groomer & Spa Owner) is designed to support pups who need a little extra care, patience, or planning before grooming. Whether your dog is new to professional grooming, experiences anxiety, has special coat or behavioral needs, or you simply want guidance, this call helps create a calm, comfort-focused grooming plan.

During your 30-minute consultation, we’ll discuss your pup’s coat, skin, temperament, grooming history, and any concerns you may have. We’ll set realistic expectations, recommend services and maintenance schedules, and ensure your pup’s comfort and safety are always the priority.

NOTE: $25 credited back toward the grooming appointment if booked within 30 days. One dog per consultation.

What if my dog has special needs?

We’re happy to accommodate dogs with special needs, whether they’re older, nervous, or have medical conditions. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure we have the time and resources to meet your dog’s specific needs.

Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?

Yes! We offer a loyalty program where you can earn a free “Suds & Go” service after 10 visits. We also offer seasonal promotions, we got a “Good Pup” discounts, so be sure to check our website or follow us on social media for updates!

What should I bring to the appointment?

You don’t need to bring anything other than your dog! Unless you’d like to bring their favorite treats and/or toys! We provide all necessary grooming tools and products. If your dog has any specific grooming needs or allergies, please let us know ahead of time.

How do I pay for the grooming service?

We accept cash, Zelle, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

Can I purchase gift certificates for grooming services?

Yes, we offer gift certificates in various denominations. They’re perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just as a thoughtful gift for any dog lover! You can purchase them during your visit!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel last-minute, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee. No-Shows have a $35 fee.

How do you handle grooming prices and quotes?

Grooming prices vary based on the size, breed, coat condition, temperament, among other factors. When you book an appointment, we’ll provide a price estimate based on your dog’s needs. Final amount will be provided by the end of the grooming session before payment. 

What happens if my dog has mats?

If your pup is matted, our top priority is always their comfort and safety. In some cases, this may require giving your pup a shorter haircut to gently and safely remove the mats. We’ll discuss the process with you before starting so you know what to expect; we may save the coat or we may have to remove it. Please note that additional fees may apply for dematting services, and the overall grooming cost may be higher depending on the severity of the mats.
